The ground floor of Ca’ di Spuncc is an open space offering a living area with wood burner, a dining area with large dining table, and a small but complete kitchen.
The living room is equipped with smoke and CO detectors and both a telephone line and WiFi reception is in the living area.
The kitchen is equipped with hot water, micro wave, a stove, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge and there is a vast array of cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.
