The House

Ca’ di Spuncc, a 120 m2 rustic house, is nested in a 25,000 m2 private forest and offers 3 floors.

On the ground floor there is an open space with the living area, kitchen and dining area.

On the first floor one finds 3 bed rooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds) and a shower and toilet.

On the 2nd floor there is a large room with double bed.
